    Ron – you just made my day with this post! We’ve been having a similar debate about the value of PFM and also came to the conclusion that issues of online tenure (e.g. experience) and ongoing security concerns (note: security guarantees are just words) are major hurdles. Sadly though PFM is a viewed by many (including credit unions) as a panacea for the ills of stagnent online adoption. But then, so are branch expansions.
